Message	Applying vacuum to EGR at idle should produce rough running; not sure which way the diaphram moves. Make sure solenoid is not blocking vacuum to EGR when off idle. When solenoid is activated by ECU vacuum is blocked. I had to unplug my solenoid to keep ECU from blocking vacuum path and this dropped my NO readings at 25mph by 450ppm.
